Step 1. Short your link.
Step 2.Now Go to http://past.is .
Step 3. type or Paste your link in blank field. take a look in below picture.

Step 4.short your adf.ly link by using past.is and again short your past.is link using adf.ly
do it 5 times.
NOTE:- its also a link shortening service.. but it never pays.
Adf.ly only allows 5 visits per i.p
Never use proxy or any other method thwy will delete your account.
